We operate out of Lubbock, TX specializing in custom builds on available lots. We will take on projects in surrounding areas, or sometimes further, depending on time and the scope of project. 

Every home is different based on scope, size, and finishes. Once we learn more about your specific project, we can give a more quantifiable answer.

Location is the most important factor to consider. Be aware if the property is connected to city sewer and water or if you will need a well and septic system. Many of our projects are well and septic, which is not an issue, but be mindful as this will add to the overall cost.

Absolutely! This is one of our specialties. We have direct access and long-standing friendships with residential developers in Lubbock and the surrounding areas. We actively hand pick lots in various neighborhoods for use in future projects. If you can’t find the perfect lot in our inventory, Amy is a licensed realtor and will find you just the one! We can also build on a lot you already own, or are looking to purchase. 

We are a full-scale design-build company, meaning we take care of everything! This includes the permits, construction, hiring trades, ordering materials, landscaping , etc. We cover it all so you don't have to.

Our clients usually secure a construction loan that will be rolled into their mortgage once the build is complete. We would love to get you connected with some of our trusted banks and loan officers.
